WHAT MAKES A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE?

A healthy lifestyle is a healthy lifestyle.
O.K.O.K. a healthy lifestyle is a lifestyle that keeps you healthy, and healthy means well being.
BUT! what makes a healthy lifestyle?
Healthy lifestyles are made by being healthy and to be healthy you need to eat at least 5 fruit or/and vegetables a day.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF A HEALTHY DIET AND AN ACTIVE LIFESTYLE?

The benefits of having a healthy diet is:

1. You can/will become more inajetik.

2. You will not get sick and cach:

l. Abeste.
ll. Hart disses
lll. Diabetes

3. You might and when I say might mean might even live longer.

BUT you will also need to:
1.Drink lots of water. Reson:
All our organs need water to:
l. Digest easily.
ll. Function properly.
lll. Transports gooden's/nutrients.
llll. Stops us feeling DEhydrated which can make us feel sick and/or tierd.

WHAT ARE YOUR FAVOURITE HEALTHY FOODS, AND WHY?

My favourite healthy foods are:

1.Apples, why:
Apples are one of my favourite foods because: 
l. Apples have juice so they help you stay hydrated and they are ssssoooo juicy.
ll. Apples are crunchy so they will help pull teeth out + the sound is just amusing.
2. Potatoes, why:
l. Potatoes are good with every meal.
Potatoes also come sweet.
Potatoes, kumara/sweet potatoes can be crisp,butter, backed and crunchy.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE FORM OF EXERCISE, AND WHY

My favourite form of exercise is:

1. Biking,why:
Biking is one of the hardest exercise because of the gers... have you ever biked up a hill in ger 3 and 8?

2. Walking the dog,why:
Walking the dog is exercise for you and the dog.
you can bond with your dog to.
